Civil Engineering
Telawize was appointed by Anova Health Institute (NPC) to build various clinics in the Eastern Cape, Mpumalanga, Gauteng, Kwa-Zulu Natal and Free State. This involved design of the various clinics, overseeing the building and handover of these clinics to the Department of Health.
Infrastructure
Telawize was appointed by Aerospace Developers (Pty) Ltd to design a new 25 hectares industrial development on Portion 150 Elandsfontein next to Rand airport. The objective being to provide new bulk services as well as dual carriageways to gain access to the new industrial development.
Townhouse Complex Developments
Telawize is actively involved in all the civil and structural design and detailing of approximately 15 townhouse complex projects per annum. These projects vary from 15 to 200 units per complex. 90% of these complexes are constructed in the Centurion area underlain by the Dolomite and Limestone formations.
Structural Engineering
Telawize was appointed by Tripoint Property Development to design a new drainage structure at the crossing of Libertas Road with the Wilge Spruit in Equestria.
Libertas Road is located in Equestria in the eastern part of City of Tshwane.
Water Storage Facilities
Telawize was appointed by Bojanala District Municipality as consultants for the design and provision of the water storage facility in Cyferskuif. The project objective was to provide a medium term solution to the water supply shortage in Cyferkuil village which falls under ward 3 of Moretele Local Municipality.
Bulk Services for Schools
Telawize was appointed by FSM Manufacturing as consultants to manage and design all bulk civil engineering services for Mayfield secondary school as well as professional service provider for all disciplines for the building of a 5400m² school for the Department of Education.
